What to expect if you win a physical Instant Win prize, such as an iPhone or a holiday (excludes cars).
When will I receive my prize?
Your prize will be dispatched within 21 calendar days of us receiving your shipping details, subject to availability. Make sure to provide your details promptly so we can get things moving!
Prefer cash instead?
Every Instant Win physical prize has a cash alternative available. You can find the cash value for each prize listed on the relevant competition page in the app or on our website.
Where do we ship to?
Physical prizes are only shipped to UK addresses.
If you're based outside the UK, here's what you'll receive instead:
- You'll receive the cash alternative as shown on the competition page (for Prize worth more than £100)
- You'll receive twice the prize's RRP value as Game Credit to use on BOTB (for Prize worth £100 or less).
Car Category Prizes
Collection — free
Collecting your car from our specified address is completely free of charge.
Delivery to a UK address — fee applies
We can arrange delivery through our partners to any UK address. A delivery fee will be payable by you.
We do not export cars or physical prizes outside of the UK.
If the winner is not in the UK at the time of their win, it will be their responsibility to provide a UK address for the delivery or opt for the Cash Alternative, which is paid directly into the winner's account.
